Heinz Haber, the founding editor of bild der wissenschaft, would have turned 100 on May 15, 2013. On this occasion, editor-in-chief Wolfgang Hess visited his predecessor in office, Wolfram Huncke. Both have Haber seen from different angles, Huncke from 1973 to 1988 as his partner in the image of the science production, Hess as a young science editor from 1980. The conversation between the two published bdw in the May issue.
