We invite you to a research day: On Friday, May 5th, we will visit the Institute Visus of the University of Stuttgart. Thomas Ertl and Daniel Weiskopf, who you will get to know in the bdw article, introduce you to the Powerwall applications and answer your questions.
In the afternoon we will visit the neighboring Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO, where the working world of the future is being researched. There you have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a 3D Cave, so with a special glasses to experience a virtual space as if it were real.
The date is chosen so that the participants can also visit the International Animated Film Festival in Stuttgart - one of the largest events of its kind in the world.
After a visit to the institute, a specialist introduces you to the world of special effects in a 3-course dinner, breaking the gap between science and entertainment.
